Description
You will need
1 Fuchsite stone
1 Clear Quartz stone
Place Fuchsite on your heart chakra for 1 minute.
Move Fuchsite to your throat chakra for 1 minute and leave it there.
Place Clear Quartz on your third eye chakra for 1 minute
Move Fuchite to your crown chakra for 1 minute
Remove both stones and lie down for 5 minutes.
This practice allows you you elevate to your highest level and instill your body, mind, consciousness and spirit with light. It helps you to get accustomed to your highest level, and promotes your spiritual growth.
